Super-Enhancer Hypermutation Alters Oncogene Expression in B Cell Lymphoma

The authors showed that active super-enhancers were highly and specifically hypermutated in 92% of samples from individuals with DLBCL, displayed signatures of activation-induced cytidine deaminase activity, and were linked to genes that encoded B cell developmental regulators and oncogenes.
