Dry Preserved Multilayered Fibroblast Cell Sheets Are a New Manageable Tool for Regenerative Medicine to Promote Wound Healing

The authors investigated the therapeutic effects of dry-preserved multi-layered fibroblast cell sheets on cutaneous ulcers. In wounds created on diabetic mice, the dry sheet-treatment groups using autologous or allogeneic cells showed significantly accelerated wound closure compared with that in the no-treatment group.
