O-GlcNAcylation Promotes Pancreatic Tumor Growth by Regulating Malate Dehydrogenase 1

Researchers demonstrated that depletion of O-GlcNAcylation reduced malate dehydrogenase 1 (MDH1) activity, impaired glutamine metabolism, sensitized PDAC cells to oxidative stress, decreased cell proliferation and inhibits tumor growth in nude mice.
