Identification of Small Molecules Targeting Homoserine Acetyl Transferase from Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Staphylococcus aureus

Researchers identified small molecule inhibitors targeting homoserine acetyl transferase from M. tuberculosis and demonstrated that conditional repression of metX resulted in inhibition of M. tuberculosis growth in vitro.
