AAV-Mediated Expression of Murine and Human IgG Protects Mice against Ebola Virus Challenge without Impeding the Endogenous Antibody Response to Heterologous Challenge

The authors demonstrated that AAV6.2FF-mediated expression of murine IgG2a Ebola virus (EBOV) monoclonal antibodies, 2G4 and 5D2, protected from mouse-adapted-EBOV infection with none of the surviving mice developing anti-VP40 antibodies above background.
