Heterogeneity, Inherent and Acquired Drug Resistance in Patient-Derived Organoid Models of Primary Liver Cancer

52 organoids were established from 153 primary liver cancer patients. Compared with establishing patient-derived xenograft models, establishing organoids of hepatocellular carcinoma showed a trend toward a higher success rate and took less time.
