Proteomic Overview of Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cell Lines and Generation of the Spectral Library

The authors presented the proteome of nine commonly used HCC cell lines covering 9,208 protein groups, and the HCC spectral library containing 253,921 precursors, 168,811 peptides and 10,098 protein groups.
