This in vitro study showed that Deoxyarbutin (dA) significantly reduced the necrosis of primary acinar cells and reactive oxygen species accumulation, recovered mitochondrial membrane potential, and ATP exhaustion, while UCF-101 and SR-18292 eliminated the protective effect of dA.
