Lactylome Analysis Suggests Lactylation-Dependent Mechanisms of Metabolic Adaptation in Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Investigators showed a global lactylome profiling on a prospectively collected hepatitis B virus-related HCC cohort. They revealed that lysine lactylation played an important role in regulating cellular metabolism and may contribute to HCC progression.
