Gemcitabine Promotes Autophagy and Lysosomal Function through ERK- and TFEB-Dependent Mechanisms

Investigators found that gemcitabine elicited ERK-dependent autophagy in PDAC cells, but did not stimulate ERK activity or autophagy in non-tumoral human pancreatic epithelial cells.
