Chaperone-Mediated Autophagy Degrade Dicer to Promote Breast Cancer Metastasis

Dicer protein levels are decreased in highly invasive breast cancer cells and usually correlated with poor clinical outcomes.Investigators clarified the molecular regulatory mechanism of this phenomenon in breast cancer by showing that Dicer expression correlated with metastasis and invasion without affecting cell stability in breast cancer cells.
