Deubiquitinase USP1 Influences the Dedifferentiation of Mouse Pancreatic β-Cells

Inhibition of USP1 either by genetic intervention or small molecule inhibitor ML323 restored epithelial phenotype of β-cells, but not with inhibition of other deubiquitinases.
