Using bioinformatics analysis, the authors identified four hub prognostic genes related to CD8+ T-lymphocyte infiltration, chromatin-modifying protein 4A (CHMP4A), C-X-C motif chemokine ligand (CXCL) 9, grainyhead-like transcription factor GSEA (GRHL) 2, and ribosomal protein S29 (RPS29), among which CHMP4A was the most significant gene.
