Arginine 65 Methylation of Neurogenin 3 by PRMT1 Is Required for Pancreatic Endocrine Development of hESCs

The authors demonstrated that arginine 65 methylation of Neurogenin 3 was a key molecular switch in human embryonic stem cells permitting their differentiation into pancreatic endocrine cells.
