Scientists successfully developed a novel cancer-associated fibroblasts-tailored nanosystem loaded with a potent anti-fibrosis flavonoid compound, which possessed biological responsiveness to fibroblast activation protein alpha, prolonged tumor microenvironment remodeling, and enhancement of clinical chemotherapeutics.
