Cancer Development in Hepatocytes by Long-Term Induction of Hypoxic Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cell (HCC)-Derived Exosomes In Vivo and In Vitro

Hypoxic HCC cell-derived exosomes (H-LM3-exos) were used to induce hepatocytes over a long term. A nude mouse experiment further verified the effect of H-LM3-exos on tumor growth and metastasis.
