Exosome-Derived tRNA Fragments tRF-GluCTC-0005 Promotes Pancreatic Cancer Liver Metastasis by Activating Hepatic Stellate Cells

To investigate the mechanism of PDAC liver metastasis, scientists found that PDAC cells could promote the formation of pre-metastatic niches through exosomes to facilitate liver metastasis in the early stage. Hepatic stellate cells were treated with PDAC-derived exosomes, and the activation of HSCs was detected.
