PRL-Mediated STAT5B/ARRB2 Pathway Promotes the Progression of Prostate Cancer through the Activation of MAPK Signaling

The authors found heterogeneous expression of the prolactin (PRLR) in clinical prostate samples. The VCaP and 22Rv1 cells exhibited PRLR expression. Among the downstream proteins, STAT5B was the dominant subtype in clinical samples and cell lines.
