Hyperglycemia and MicroRNAs in Prostate Cancer

Scientists examined the relationship between hyperglycemia and miRNA levels in PCa. Relative expression of urinary miR-574-3p, miR-375, miR-205-5p, miR-200b-3p, miR-187-3p, miR-182-5p, and miR-100-5p were investigated in 105 PCa patients and 138 noncancer controls by Real-Time quantitative PCR.
