Lymph Node Colonization Induces Tumor-Immune Tolerance to Promote Distant Metastasis

Lymph node metastases resisted T cell-mediated cytotoxicity, induced antigen-specific regulatory T cells, and generated tumor-specific immune tolerance that subsequently facilitated distant tumor colonization.
