HDAC4 Promotes the Growth and Metastasis of Gastric Cancer via Autophagic Degradation of MEKK3

Histone deacetylase 4 (HDAC4) was upregulated in gastric cancer (GC) and correlateed with poor prognosis. In vitro and in vivo assays showed that HDAC4 contributed to the malignant phenotype of GC cells.
