Raman Microspectroscopy Fingerprinting of Organoid Differentiation State

Using complex 3D submandibular salivary gland organoids developed from embryonic progenitor cells, scientists developed Raman confocal microspectroscopy methods to define Raman signatures for each of these organoid states using both fixed and live organoids.
