The authors differentiated human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) and human embryonic stem cells into human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) on dishes coated with different ECM proteins to study the effect of cell culture biomaterials on hPSC differentiation into hMSCs.
