Role of TET Dioxygenases in the Regulation of Both Normal and Pathological Hematopoiesis

The authors summarize recent research on 10-11 translation dioxygenases (TETs) in regulating both normal and pathogenic hematopoiesis, as well as the concomitant mutations and aberrant signals in TET2-mutant malignancies.
