Fibrin-Based Cardiac Patch Containing Neuregulin-1 for Heart Repair after Myocardial Infarction

A fibrin-based cardiac patch loaded with neuregulin-1 was developed to attach locally to the infarct area of the heart and exhibited good biocompatibility and promoted cardiomyocyte proliferation in vitro via NRG-1/ErbB signaling.
