AKAP8L Enhances the Stemness and Chemoresistance of Gastric Cancer Cells by Stabilizing SCD1 mRNA

To explore the molecular mechanisms of gastric cancer chemoresistance, mass spectrometry was performed to detect the genes altered in expression between chemoresistant and chemosensitive gastric cancer. AKAP8L was demonstrated to play a critical role in GC stemness and chemoresistance in vitro as well as in vivo.
