Next Generation of Oncolytic Viruses with the Double Transgenes PADI1 and TIMP-2 Exhibit Anti-tumor Activity Against Melanoma in Nude Mouse and Humanized NOG Mouse Models

ONCOS-207 which expressed Tissue Inhibitors of Metalloprotease type 2, ONCOS-209 which expressed peptidyl arginine deiminase, ONCOS-210 and ONCOS-212 which expressed both TIMP-2 and PADI1, exhibited oncolytic activity against four melanoma cell lines in vitro.
