Escape from NK Cell Tumor Surveillance by NGFR-Induced Lipid Remodeling in Melanoma

Using in vitro and in vivo cytotoxic assays, investigators showed that NGFR protected melanoma cells from natural killer (NK) cell–mediated killing and, furthermore, boosted metastasis formation in a mouse model with adoptively transferred human NK cells.
