Adipokines at the Crossroads of Obesity and Mesenchymal Stem Cell Therapy

The authors summarize recent advances in the use of MSC for the treatment of obesity-associated diseases to support the hypothesis that adipokines modulate the benefits of MSC therapy in obese patients.
