miR-133a-3p Regulates the Growth of Hair Follicle Stem Cells in White Goats from the Yangtze River Delta

Hair follicle stem cells (HFSCs) were isolated using the technique of immunohistochemistry from the cervical spinal skin tissue samples from the fetal sheep, and the miR-133a-3p expression was confirmed using quantitative reverse-transcription PCR and western blotting experiments from the isolated HFSCs.
