Treatment and Occurrence of Acne: A Systematic Review

In this systematic review of 54 studies reporting on 64 patients with acne, TNFis effectively treated acne in 47 patients and were associated with the development of acne in 17 patients being treated for another inflammatory condition, which often necessitated TNFi discontinuation.
