Anti-Inflammatory Effects of Chlorogenic Acid from Taraxacum officinale on LTA-Stimulated Bovine Mammary Epithelial Cells via the TLR2/NF-κB Pathway

The chlorogenic acid content in Taraxacum officinale was determined by HPLC. Bovine mammary epithelial cells were infected with lipoteichoic acid to induce the mastitis model.
