Depleting DDX1 Sensitizes Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Cells to Chemotherapy by Attenuating Cancer Stem Cell Traits

Investigators revealed that DEAD-box helicase 1 (DDX1) was overexpressed in NSCLC cell lines and tissues and further found that depleting DDX1 increased the sensitivity of NSCLC cells to the chemotherapy drug cisplatin, increased cell apoptosis, and inhibited cell migration and invasion.
