Stalled Oligodendrocyte Differentiation in IDH-Mutant Gliomas

Scientists showed that despite differences in clinical manifestation and genomic alterations, all isocitrate dehydrogenase-mutant gliomas resembled early stages of oligodendrocyte lineage and are stalled in oligodendrocyte differentiation due to blocked myelination program.
