Targeting PD-L2–RGMb Overcomes Microbiome-Related Immunotherapy Resistance

The authors showed that the gut microbiome downregulated PD-L2 expression and its binding partner repulsive guidance molecule b to promote anti-tumor immunity, and identified bacterial species that mediated this effect.
