Kinesin Family Member 23 Knockdown Inhibits Cell Proliferation and Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transition in Esophageal Carcinoma by Inactivating the Wnt/β-Catenin Pathway

Gene set enrichment analysis analysis was performed to investigate the pathways associated with the regulatory mechanisms of KIF23 in esophageal carcinoma. The expression of E-cadherin, vimentin, N-cadherin, and matrix metalloproteinase-9 and alternation of Wnt/β-catenin pathway were detected by western blot analysis.
