An In Vivo Neuroimmune Organoid Model to Study Human Microglia Phenotypes

The authors developed an in vivo xenotransplantation approach that allowed for the study of functionally mature human microglia that operated within a physiologically relevant, vascularized immunocompetent human brain organoid model.
