Aging-Induced Pseudouridine Synthase 10 Impairs Hematopoietic Stem Cells

The authors observed that the expression of pseudouridine (Ψ) synthase 10 was increased in aged hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells and enforced PUS10 recapitulated the phenotype of aged hematopoietic stem cells, which was not achieved by its Ψ synthase activity.
