CDK4/6 Inhibitors and the pRB-E2F1 Axis Suppress PVR and PD-L1 Expression in Triple-Negative Breast Cancer

Investigators showed that RB-loss and high E2F1/E2F2 signatures correlated with expression of poliovirus receptor (PVR), CD274 and other immune-checkpoint modulators and that pRB repressed whereas RB depletion and E2F1 induced PVR and CD274 in TNBC cells.
