Growth hormone releasing hormone receptor activated the JAK-STAT3 pathway, increased the phosphorylation of STAT3, enhanced both non-pathogenic and pathogenic Th17 cell differentiation, and promoted the gene expression signatures of pathogenic Th17 cells.
