TRPA1 Promotes the Maturation of Embryonic Stem Cell-Derived Cardiomyocytes by Regulating Mitochondrial Biogenesis and Dynamics

The activity and expression of transient receptor potential ankyrin 1 (TRPA1) in ESC-cardiomyocytes was modulated by pharmacological or molecular approaches. Knockdown or overexpression of genes was done by infection of cells with adenoviral vectors carrying the gene of interest as a gene delivery tool.
