Human Neuralized Is a Novel Tumour Suppressor Targeting Wnt/β-Catenin Signaling in Colon Cancer

Scientists identified human Neuralized (NEURL), which acts as a novel tumor suppressor targeting oncogenic Wnt/β-catenin signaling in human cancers. The expression of NEURL was epigenetically regulated and markedly suppressed in human colorectal cancer.
