Investigators reported on the clinical outcomes of a group of 701 adults aged ≥70 years, with AML in first complete remission, who received a first hematopoietic cell transplantation, from HLA-matched sibling donors, 10/10 HLA-matched unrelated donors, 9/10 HLA-mismatched unrelated donors or haploidentical donors.
