Dauricine Exhibits Anti-Inflammatory Property Against Acute Ulcerative Colitis via the Regulation of NF-κB Pathway

Researchers investigated the therapeutic effect of dauricine on ulcerative colitis. Their results indicated that dauricine attenuated the reduction of colonic length, weight loss, disease activity index, colonic tissue damage, and inflammatory cytokine levels in dextran sulfate sodium mice.
