Scientists reported that cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma cells (cSCC) secrete an increased number of extracellular vesicles (EVs) relative to normal human epidermal keratinocytes and that interfering with the capacity of cSCC to secrete EVs inhibited tumor growth in vivo in a xenograft model of human cSCC.
