Nuclear Translocation of Mitochondrial Dehydrogenases as an Adaptive Cardioprotective Mechanism

Scientists observed the translocation of selected mitochondrial tricarboxylic acid cycle dehydrogenases to the nucleus as an adaptive stress response to anthracycline-cardiotoxicity in human induced pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes and in vivo.
