Microenvironmental Snail1-Induced Immunosuppression Promotes Melanoma Growth

Transcriptomic analysis of melanoma-associated fibroblasts and analysis of the tumors indicated that stromal Snail1 induced melanoma growth by promoting an immunosuppressive microenvironment and a decrease in anti-tumour immunity.
