PROTAC Targeting Cyclophilin A Controls Virus-Induced Cytokine Storm

Three proteolysis targeting chimeras (PROTACs) targeting cyclophilin A (CypA) were designed. These PROTACs bound to CypA, enhanced its ubiquitination, and promoted its degradation in both cell lines and mouse organs.
