LncRNA DGCR5-Encoded Polypeptide RIP Aggravates SONFH by Repressing Nuclear Localization of β-Catenin in BMSCs

The authors found that lncRNA DGCR5 encoded a 102-amino acid polypeptide, Rac1 inactivated peptide (RP), which promoted the adipogenic differentiation of bone marrow MSCs and aggravated the progression of steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head (SONFH).
