Role of the Protease-Activated Receptor-2 (PAR2) in the Exacerbation of House Dust Mite-Induced Murine Allergic Lung Disease by Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotubes

Scientists hypothesized that PAR2, a G-protein coupled receptor previously implicated in the pathogenesis of various diseases including pulmonary fibrosis and asthma, may play an important role in the exacerbation of house dust mite allergen-induced lung disease by multi-walled carbon nanotubes.
